What Plane/Route Do You Fly the Most?

Featured Replies

RealAIr Lancair Legacy. It's the only plane I fly, actually.

I don't have specific routes I fly often but I mainly fly in Norway. However, since I have FTXG I've been flying in a lot of other locations all over the world, although I do like to fly around the Alps and the Pyrenees, hopping from Italy to France or from France to Spain.

The Legacy for me too. I just got Air Hauler and FTX Global so I started my base in southern Germany and am making cargo runs around the Alps and Germany. The Legacy hauls a mere 400 lbs, so I'm not very profitable, but I love flying her.

The route I use most often is LOWW - LOWI (or LOWI - LOWW, but I prefer the first one for being more challenging), usually in the AAX. Most other flights I do are some GA hops north of Seattle, but I never have any particularroutes, I just get into a plane and follow some road or river until I get to another airport (or occasionally I get lost  )

You sound like a carbon copy of me.

PMDG 737 NGX from Sydney to Brisbane or vice versa. I fly this route practically every weekend.

I am in Brisbane as well, where in Brisbane are you?

Lot's of flights, in lot's of aircraft, so can't name 1 favourite, but my favourite 3 are :-

NGX / AXE / other tubes - EGNT (Newcastle) to LEPA (Palma De Mallorca), simulating a nice holiday flight to the sun that I've flown many times in real life!

C208B / PC12 / King Air size - KBOI (Boise) to KSUN (Sun Valley)... it's Idaho, need I say more?

Q400 - ENBR (Bergen) to ENKR (Kirkenes) - simulating Wideroe flights in beautiful Norway.

I fly mostly US routes using IFly's 737 series.  Something about the IFly model and FS2Crew really works.

My routes are ususally out of my home airport KMSP.  GA flying has me up in Alaska using FSCargo in the Fjords area for cabin freight hauling.  Anything Pacific Northwest I found is best for GA flying.  I recently started exploring the Grand Canyon/Canyonlands areas taking off from the Vegas area with the Aeroworx King Air (awesome in the real world and the sim).

After reading Les Abend's article in Flying Magazine I want to try my hand at the Sao Paulo run to Rio in the ENB-190 (Azul).  Some pretty short runways for the 190.  It's airports like this (KMDW being another one) I use to test to see if a developer of said aircraft got it right.

FS2020

Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

PANC-PAJN-PAKT-KSEA is nice. I've used the E175 in the past but looking forward to doing this with the B732
