What Plane/Route Do You Fly the Most?

Featured Replies

What plane do you fly the most, and which route do you fly with it?

For me it's these.

Plane: Aerosoft Extended A320 CFM Drukair

Route: Dhaka (VGHS) - Paro (VQPR)

FSX: PMDG 744/MD11/JS41/736/737/738/739, CS752/753/763/C130, SimCheck A300, Leonardo MD82, MJC DH8D, Aerosoft CRJ7/CRJ9/A318/A319/A320/A321, RAZBAM Metroliner, ORBX Global, FlyTampa KBUF/OMDB/TNCM/VHHX, ActiveSky Next

DCS: A-10C II/F-16C/AH-64D/F-15E/KA-50 III/Mi-24/Persian Gulf/Syria/F-15C

XP11: FF 752/753, iniBuilds A306, HotStart TBM900

MSFS: Fenix A320, FS2Crew Fenix A320, FS2Crew Pushback Express, PMDG B77W, ActiveSky FS, Drzewiecki Design UUEE

MD-11F...RKSI to VHHH

Once Wing Creation's Narita and PacSim's Cook Islands are out, that may change.  Then again the MD-11F fleet will be supplemented with 777F's as well.

My 'default' plane and location is the RV-7 based at Orcas Island(FTX scenery).  My typical trips are either in the RV or A2A P-40 to the various surrounding GA airports.  If I want to fly a tube, I usually take the RV from Orcas to Paine field, hop in the MD-11F to wherever, usually to Tokyo or Auckland.

I dont fly one any more than the other. Just kinda my mood.  Commercial Airlines Passenger, Freight, corporate bush or just pleasure. Currently retracing Amelia Earharts flight around the world in a Flight One King Air B200. "variety is the spice of life"

PMDG 737 NGX and aerosoft A320/A321 I fly the most. I avoid flying the same route twice.

Every new aircraft I get passes a flight from Williams Gateway/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway to PHX Sky Harbor before I fly them continuously.

It really depends on my mood.  I've never done any medium or long haul (I plan to one day).  I usually keep my flights fairly short at 1-2hrs.

If I'm flying smaller jets like the CLS MD-81/82, I like doing Madrid to Ibiza.  For larger jets like the PMDG MD-11, I normally do Toronto to Montreal or Frankfurt to Berlin.

For GA, I only have one at the moment which is the Carenado CT210M.  I don't fly routes with this plane.  I just fly around my favorite payware sceneries and land back on the same airport.  My favorite thing to do with GA is to fly around the island of Ibiza and Madeira.  But I also enjoy going back and forth between TNCM and TFFJ.

Nature Boy

I tend to fly the tubes exclusively, mainly the NGX, PMDG747 and the aerosoft A320/1 these days.

I usually like to fly out the same airport that I last arrived at, and my routes tend to visit my addon sceneries, with the one limitation that it must be a real world route, serviced by the correct AC type. I'm strange that way.

This usually means I have to pick a couple of commercial routes to get from one place to the next if no direct route is available, or the AC type that services the route in reality does not have a decent FSX counterpart.

You sound like a carbon copy of me.

Carendo C-172 fly around Southern Minnesota like Mankato, New Ulm, Faimount. Northern Iowa Mason City, Le Mars, Souix City. Ocassional VFR pilgrimage to Chicagoland. Long distance Thompson MB or Ft McMurray AB from Minnesota fly. Skyvector vfr and pencil paper to create crude flight plans.

PMDG 737 NGX from Sydney to Brisbane or vice versa. I fly this route practically every weekend.

Thanks,

Agreed. I just got off a little bit ago after spending about 3 or so hours in L.A center.

Most common flight for me is in the NGX or airbus extended from EIDW (Dublin) to EGBB (Birmingham) and back again.

Once a month or so I'll fly (EIDW) to either KJFK, KBOS, KORD, KMCO.

Adding EIDW to KSFO when the T7 is released with its advanced time acceleration

I guess the ones I fly most often would be the Carenado C337, C206, C172, Milviz C310 or RealAir Turbine Duke.

As for routes, I usually just bumble around over the OrbX North America area. I'm thinking about doing some more structured flying with one of those "economy"-type addons, but we'll see.

Haven't flown a tube in years. I already have a job in real life, I don't want another when I get home. When I play a flight sim it's because I want to have fun.
