PFPX To Release Within the Hour

I'm not sure, but as Aerosoft hasn't expressed interrest in TOPCAT and your coupon code is your serial, I would say that the safest bet is to purchase straight from the developer. If the discount is 10%, were talking a difference of 4 EUR.

Ok, thanks Jarkko

It looks like it's out on the Aerosoft Site. I'm holding tight though for the release on FlighSimSoft.com

I get most of my purchases from Aerosoft, but also like to purchase direct from smaller developers to positively impact their books.

I'd be of the same opinion, no offence to Aerosoft, I've bought a lot with them, but for small developers like this I'd like to have as much of my money go to them and not to 3rd party retailers.

186 Mb - whoah. Installing right now! Oh, and ordered from Aerosoft - didn't bother with that discount you get when already have Topcat.

Flight planning and dispatch, it's basically everything you need to walk out of the crew room and to your virtual aircraft on the ramp for a flight. Includes everything from ETOPs entry/exit points, accurate fuel burn etc. etc. basically, everything you need for an accurate OFP.

Ró.

I am still a bit confused as to how it integrates with Topcat (which I own).  Don't you need the Topcat weights, runways, etc. in order to get the proper flight and fuel plan? or is it that these are now set in PFPX and exported to Topcat for the specific takeoff parameters in the aircraft ?

The only thing you need TOPCAT for is if you want takeoff data incorporated into the release OFP (Assumed Temperature, V-Speeds etc). Keep in many real airlines don't have the takeoff data included in the OFP and it is calculated by a seperate onboard performance tool or performance manuals.

Just bought from FlightSimSoft with my discount code from TOPCAT, worked out at about 5Euro off.

Darn, I can't find the ctrl+E function in the program. Do I have to ... horror ... read the manuals....
