Beta preview: One for my countrymen!

Richie, my g/f took a photo of me jokingly licking the Black 777's engine cowl at an airshow in NZ a few years back.

It tasted of awesome.

It was my facebook profile photo for a while, until I got sick of explaining that a) it was a joke and b) no I hadn't jumped an airport fence and started randomly licking Boeings.

I'd be surprised if that livery doesn't turn up on the 300ER, either by way of in-house repaint or a user repaint.

Can't wait for the 300 or for someone to make the Black repaint. By far my favorite paint scheme from any airline.

I'd be surprised the all black livery doesn't end up on a user repaint of the -200LR tbh. Probably won't look as cool on a shorter fuselage, but it'll tie us over till the -300ER.

Black will be an in-house livery on the 300ER, already talked to Pete about it.

Very exciting!

Thanks Ryan

Pic. 3 :the lines between reality and simming are getting ridiculously razor thin.

As far as the repaint, very nice but sorry as I only acknowledge LOTR repaints.

When it comes to the work on the exterior model, it only gets better with time with the folks at PMDG, even when you think they hit the roof already.

PATIENTLY looking forward to the release whenever it is done.

P.S. Thanks Mark and the rest of the Beta team for all the hard work you put in to make sure it is as good as it will be once released.

Sorry, can't wait to enjoy your creation :D

Is there some news about NGX SP2?

It's all very well asking it a lot, but if there's not an answer, there's not an answer....It was said it will probably be around after 777 release, though I cannot confirm this...

Also, just a little hint, you may want to check out the PMDG Forum rules.... ^_^

According to the above photo, the font used for Air New Zealand is "Trajan Pro".
