Agree, Oliver, when I looked at it, I thought ' What the hell.........are we stepping back in time?' For all those clamouring for the 2D panel in the most realistic add-on, the ubiquitous PMDG T7, I'd recommend having a look at this 2D panel. Thank heavens I made the transition from a die-hard 2D'er to the VC.

I cashed in my JF points and got it for 44 cents!!!

I'm pleasantly surprised. This is a pretty nice addon. Spectacular for $8.

Don't use the shift keys or you will get a shock. Use the popup simicons on the lower left instead and you'll get decent 2ds.

I am a GA flyer but for that price couldn´t resist. IMHO worth that money but not much more...

grrrrr  nothing but problems, Run on 3 screens  Shift - key causes annoying spinning cursor, no panels come up, Tried editing the panel.cfg no luck

Saitek Switchpanel Gear lever wont work,  "G" wont work,  mouse in VC wont work (lever comes down then springs back up)  Same for the flaps, using the keys cause the flap lever to move a bit, but then springs back to fully up 

 

Speed brake works fine though(like the flaps this is mapped to my Saitek throttle quadrant )  and so does the throttle, weird !

 

Never had these issues on any of my growing collection

 

So at present cant fly it at all

If you don't do everything from cold and dark, then you have to open the simicon fly-out and press "auto". I had a similar problem. Gears wouldn't retract, flaps didn't work.

 

You have to either do either cold and dark or press the "Auto" icon for the usual stuff to work right.

 

And DON"T use the shift key to open 2D panels. For some reason I get crap when I do that. Use the simicons and you'll get good 2D popups.

 

Another tip. To use the AP, you have to turn on a switch in the OH, then a button on the pedestal, and then use the AP on the glareshield.

 

Once you get used to its funkyness, it's a lot of fun to fly.

Nathan thank you very much it's now fly able !!!

I still get the mad flashing cursor if I click the " captain instrument zoom " or the "toggle overhead".suspect that's a size setting somewhere in the many panel files but I have no clue which one and what to change

 

But thank you again. It's now not money wasted !!
