October 29, 201312 yr Moderator Do we have a decent Charlotte airport (KCLT)? The ImagineSim version isn't bad, not great like FSDT or FlyTampa, but not bad. I had v1 which was ok, but missing the newest runway which was added in v2. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would give it a 6.5. Then again, it's the only one we have besides the default or one with a modded ADE, so in that regards its much better than the alternative. http://www.imaginesim.com/kclt01.htm Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
October 29, 201312 yr KVNY and CYYZ would be at the top of my list. Hope these two are in the works by some of the great scenery developers out there. :-) Steve
October 29, 201312 yr KVNY is one of the free FTX airports at their website. Puts in a nice set of buildings etc. to enhance the experience. There are other airports there as well. The two I feel are really needed are KEWR and KMSP and as far as I know these are being done by a payware (KEWR) and freeware (KMSP) developer. Someone mentioned KLGB. I have it done 80% for FSX but am very busy so it is stuck while I finish off DTW with SSJ. October 29, 201312 yr I'm shocked that no one has addressed the air capital of the world; Wichita, KS.

Yes definitely better than the default but there is so much history and personality to Van Nuys, I'd like to see a more accurate version. i.e. Clay Lacy's, the Airtel, Volpar hangars, Chuck Thornton's, the unique tower, and of course a few (off duty) aviators enjoying happy hour on the patio of the 94th. October 29, 201312 yr Moderator and freeware (KMSP) Shez Shez, you have a link to the freeware KMSP that we can view the progress? Didnt know a freeware developer was working on it. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
