How is Lihue? I visited the island of Kauai this summer and would really love to have a good scenery of Lihue airport. I probably would spend most of my time at Lihue instead of Hilo- so is Lihue worth the ~20 USD by itself?

I really like it but then I've never been to Hawaii. The departure from RWY 21 with the mountains in front is pretty exciting. Terminal buildings looks well done, a lot of detail and frame rates are smooth. $20 for just this airport I don't think is worth it but if you take in consideration that it is 2 in 1 then it is. 

 

I've been island hopping with the AXE. Lots of fun. Have fun...

 

Was hoping the DX10 Fixer would go on sale but seems like it never will I guess.

 

I was hoping for it to go on sale too. Do you think that Steve's fixer timing was off because of P3D V2 release and the fact that it is DX11. That is going to affect his sales, I would think. 

Could this be the biggest sales show ever? Only few of the brands remain outside. Crazy days.

for $15 the feel there E jets are a great buy! its old but it has a deep FMC and systems and the tutorial flight is easy to follow especially if your already flying FMC A/c eg NGX.

Really? This is  51/2 years old and shortly superseded by version 2. Im a big supporter but its not worth any more IMO

I bought the boxed version on Fry's a while back and it included version 2. It was $30 as well.

aerosoft beaver x for sale at PCA  $13

tbh, not worth it.. it looks like a legacy addon.

I jumped back in and purchased GSX this afternoon.  I gave it a quick install and a quick test at my new KIAD.  GSX adds a lot of activity on the ground and gives nice nudges to keep you in charge.  I plan to read the 40 page manual tonight while the Saints are beating up on the Seahawks in Seattle.

 

It comes with 4 or 5 setup exe files with no instructions so I only ran the first one. I will have to go to there forum and ask how to install it properly.  duh.

I bought it two years ago at BestBuy for $29.99.  They had 5 or 6 Aerosoft titles (dvds) all priced at $19.99 for the choppers, $24.99 for the F-16 and $29.99 for the others. Yep, Queen of the Skies - $30.  PMDG had it at the time at full retail as always.
