I am not at home right now... Another possibility would be to watch the video "how to get an ultra realistic looking sim..." on my YT channel, there I explain that dataref editor and the different values a little more in depth.

Even at full size the text is way too small to be able to see what you typed for your art controls.

 

 

the compelling piece for P3D V2.2 is that most all of my FSX software works quite well with it, including lots of ORBX regional scenery, airports, etc.  It would be a big commitment to go XPX,

You sensed wrong Adam, I don't care to invest or spend a lot of time experimenting in more than one simulator.  Perhaps when I retire I may spend time in different simulators but right now I have a few others things to spend time & money on than multiple simulators.

It is just a fantastic 737-200 simulation. I have them all (across the different sim platforms), but this one looks, feels and flies the best!

Mik75, what are your system specs?

Those truly are amazing graphics.  I'm curious how the flight dynamics feel in XPX.  When I tried it many years ago, I didn't feel it was right...many years ago.  For folks that fly both, what is the difference in feel?

It simply flies as beautiful as it looks. Of all available B732 for any sim platform, this one is the clear winner for me! It's superb flight model, combined with XPX's fluidity, results in a highly enjoyable experience!

 

 

Wish I could run HDR

 

You can try to set drawing distance to "very low", switch off shadows and AA, then HDR should work okay (it even does on my old i5 with very very slow NVidia GT530 card).
