January 9, 201511 yr A topic like this comes up every 6 months or so. You can report it via a support ticket or contact email from their website but I suspect not much will come of it...PMDG is pretty aware of what is going on in this area I would imagine. Mark CYYZ

January 9, 201511 yr Commercial Member Jon- Email is not a good way to reach us, as it it might get routed through a half dozen people before it reaches the person who needs it... I recommend you go to the support system and create a ticket... one of the support guys will route it to the correct person. Robert S. January 9, 201511 yr Yea it's best to just email PMDG about it. The problem is there isn't much that can be done about it. The avatar is small so you can't really see much in the way of facial details, but every time I see it, the profile reminds me of Benny Hill as the captain of that cruise ship....
