[16JAN15] Update 2 - FSX:SE - Compatibility Update

Featured Replies

My finger is ready to buy the 777-300 as soon as this Steam update is released. I pray that FS2CREW works.

I have never completed a 777 flight because the NGX had my full attention so I eagerly await that Steam update as well

Trying to determine what my first flight plan will be.

Gents:

Just removed a few posts that were unsigned, but also because they'd lead people astray.

FSX:SE is not currently supported and cannot be currently supported until we get installers specifically for it, as mentioned in this thread. Please wait. If you do decide to attempt an install into the sim, please know that you are doing so at your own risk and it will likely result in more work for you later on (as in, it could result in you being required to remove BOTH versions and reinstall them once the official installer is released).

I'd say the same as Sir Jon said ^-^ Very happy that they have worked hard over this and they are going to let upgrade users who have already bought the 777 install it for free :D

good afternoon, any updates regarding the 777, thanks

If there were, you'd see a post about it as its own thread. We don't release updates simply because people ask for them

I have asked because I thought it was released yesterday as per PMDG announcement

"Wednesday afternoon sometime" I know that there is a difference in time-zone between Europe and the US but I never know that the difference was so great ;)

It will be released, whenever it is released.

Well, the Capt. said Wednesday afternoon - unfortunately he forgot to mention which Wednesday... and which Year...    B)

I think pressurizing them will not help :P PMDG always never gave a release date to their products , they only released them when they were 100% done! But on the flip-side I'm also curiously waiting for the release   B)

I would rather wait a bit longer for them to release a bug free installer. But would appreciate the Dev Team to provide us a daily updates on their testing progress, at least to keep us occupy.

If there's news or updates to post, it would've been posted.

We don't do updates just because people ask.
