I've only purchased one add-on from CS, that was the 727, I wasn't impressed. So, I haven't, and probably won't, be purchasing any further CS software.-=MAB=-

>>no,they do not have a VC.....>>THANK GOD :)>>cheers>>JP.>Yeah, thank god for the 2D panel with no VC. There's nothing like flight behind a static 2D panel that requires a bunch of popups to get to the controls, where panning the view requires a button to see other static views. Boy, at least the 2D panels are nothing like those miserable 3D VCs with those rotten TrackIR things that let you pan like in a real airplane.Too bad the real Cessna I fly doesn't only have a 2D panel. I really hate that miserable 3D experience.

oldngray, Go check out this website and the 707 panel there. I use this one, its ok, not 100% accurate but it is pretty good, has good frame rates and works well.http://www.hesimpanels.com/My_Homepage_Files/Page3.html I can also recommend the Paul Golding 707 panel from FS2002, I think it works for the most part in this sim. I'm not sure where I got the sounds (I think i used HJG's) but this package is a decent one that I enjoy for free. Im not a VC user either, until the 3d modeling can be better I dont use them much.Hornit

:-xxrotflmao you VC folks are really scary.so,if one doesn't like VC's,and says so,one is slammed,"from the dark ages",and, judging by the posts, downright stupid. where-as if one does like a VC,and says so,one is entitled toslamming us poor 2d afficionados?that is why i'm glad there is no VC,that keeps the VC prone crowd out of it,thereby avoiding things like this.i'm very happy you guys do enjoy VC's,but i do not,and it's my right to do so.no use for slamming me because i do not share your twisted views of the flightsim world.now,i said "THANK GOD" because a 707 or DC8 has a lot of gauges...i can only imaginewhat that would do to the performance,if installed to an already taxing VC.and yes,i don't like VC's...last time i checked, that did not mean i'm from the dark ages,or enjoying default panels.HJG is working on a 707 panel, and if it's anything like their DC8 panels,i'm gonna like it a lot, while stillthanking God for not having a VC with it.cheersJP.

wow, all I asked was why you said that. Some people like VCs some dont, okay, no big deal, I use both and I wont download a plane without a VC, but I didnt slam you. I was just asking. The CS707 has a VC and it isnt bad on performance but people with out dated comps will have issues.Okay, enjoy your 2D panel, I'm off to fly in a VC.....
