Orbx global.

I have always considered this for P3D. I fly the NGX IFR flight no VFR so would i actually need this? Will just add more eye candy and slow my PC down?

I only fly in Europe so maybe i could get the openCL

Cheers rich its something i have always thought about. will i get Orbx base and do i need openCL europe?

To be honest Vernon, if you are going to get anything else other than Orbx Global, then get Vector - (even if just for accurate coastlines) , not LC

Yes no brainer launch ftxcentral for all your orbx settings for instance you can change the light colors and it will also make sure you are up to date and download the latest libraries from Their downloads page its free

If you get Vector make sure to turn down the recommended road settings so it doesn't kill your VAS, or get UT Europe. But neither are really required for IFR fliers.

Honestly If all you do is fly IFR in big jets, I'd skip it. Not much to see from FL320.

Yeh thats why i held off. But its nice when on vectors to look out and see some eye candy

Global

Vector but options turned off

OLC Euro, is a superb for Ryanair flights.

Orbx HD trees.

All that's just about 0 FPS loss.

Well at EGNX RYW 27 OLC gives me 15 fps more than just Global.

That's all I use, apart from countless addon airports ofc.

I love ORBX, I simply love it!

Global, Vector, and if your fly in Europe, the Europe LC is fantastic.

Totally changes the simulator in my oppinion.

P.s, its on sale at the moment also!
