I can tune a freq but it seems the FREQ <> button does not work? Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks and what key combination is that?  I wish it would work in 3D, all the other Carenados/Alabeos I have do.  This is odd.

But it flies almost too easy.  This has to be the easiest plane I have ever flown in FSX.

The ADF works but when the cockpit lights are on the clickspots go away in the VC.

Carenado support just told me they are working fine for them in both 2D and 3D but I trust you guys more as they don't seem to be able to grasp what I'm telling them. Plus they want me to send them a video??? I don't even have a clue HOW to make a video.

All you have to tell them is that the buttons don't have clickspots when the cockpit lights are on. Tuning knob is the only thing that works. When the cockpit lighting is off, everything works as normal. I reported this to them as well.

I buy Carenado Aerocommander today and try it soon.

 

I thing there is a bug with tuning ADF frequencies. For me it is not possible to set the third digit of a frequence... this is same in 3D or in 2D popup panel.

try this.., with the 'hand pointer' on - or +; right click, it changes from set 10's to 100', then left click or mouse scroll to change value.

Use the mouse wheel on the ADF knobs to tune,  and mouse click on the knobs to change the digit

Mine has worked as Bert says since v1.0 - slow and steady wins the race with these knobs.

I succeed setting an ADF frequency with Bob method. But in my opinion, we spend to much time to change a frequency. Why so complicated ??? 

As Bert says does not work for me.

This seems to work as well, one left click on outer button changes units from tenth's to 1's.

one left click on inner button changes 10's to 100's, then use mouse scroll.
