Thanks for all your nice words concerning my screenies!

But it's not too hard to make this beautiful bird look good! ;-)

Can't wait to perform the body flight in this beautiful bird!

Great shots!

You said in DX9 VAS and fps were low. Just out of curiosity, how is the VAS usage/fps with your settings using PMDG 777(or 737)in similar situations?

Thanks

Been answered - on par with PMDG 777 - will be better in P3D thats for sure

By the way latest Matt Davies video interview with developer is using P3D version for personal use so may not be that much of a wait - as for the price video will give you an idea why the cost is what it is

Thanks Richard, I tried to figure out if DX10 is realy necessary.

If that's right, i probably don't need to go for DX10, my DX9 FSX looks and performs just great, without CTD's or OOM's. I actually tried DX10 once - after enabling cockpit shadows VAS was slightly higher, and FPS was worse.

But now i'm considering P3D for the first time

This bird is amazing, single engine taxi behavior is very realistic, (after a long single engine taxi, I started #2 a bit late and got the ENG2 OIL TEMP LOW - Delay Takeoff

Try failing an engine @ V1 and it will behave like the real thing .. The amount of ECAM alerts is vast. I cant stop flying it :)

I know a die hard FSX user - finally switched to P3D has not looked back and having a blast - you wont be dissapointed

Aerosoft bus VC looks nice, but FSL VC looks more like the real thing.
