Well, its less than I hoped, but maybe I will give it a try since the UI was the biggest turn off for me in 10. 

Let me guess.... you want 64bit.

Well, its less than I hoped, but maybe I will give it a try since the UI was the biggest turn off for me in 10. 

 

In my personal opinion, I think it is quite funny that people keep quoting the UI as a major problem with X-Plane 10 over and over again. I bought X-Plane 10 4 month ago also expecting a rather hard to understand UI and actually it is just as intuitive/non-intuitive as the P3D UI. Both UIs are from an ancient time and suck to some extend. But neither represents a significant problem to using the software...

 

PS: I'm perfectly fine with paying for X-Plane 11 even though I bought X-Plane 10 just a couple of month ago. It is quite sick to assume that every update or new version should be for free. Developers also have to make a living and without investments there will be no progress...

Latest Avsim Flight Simulation and Community News - doesn't even mention the X-Plane 11 announcement.
