April 28, 20179 yr Dr Dao should have got off the plane because police officers aren't going to take no for an answer, they were doing there job, they even told him that they would have to drag him off. It was ugly and I don't agree with what the airline did. Matter should have been handled before boarding. It was more aggravating that 4 UA employees were the ones causing the need for bumping seats.
