Airdailyx is hinting at P3Dv4 stuff between Monday and Wednesday whilst Calum from FSElite is hinting something happening in Tuesday related with P3D, so take this with a grain of salt.

I will get on day 1 mainly because I don't have too many add-ons and more importantly I am bored with v3. There has been no significant sim feature since v2.1

Hmmm..... I'm afraid I/we have to disappoint you then...
If you are bored with V3, you also will be bored by V4 (and probably by V5 too..)

P3D/FSX/XP is a just 'vehicle', you have to do the rest to enjoy a flight simulator.

Really hoping it's around the corner...

You might be right about FSW, however how much of an improvement is V4 going to be over V3?  ...... time will tell.
