May 30, 20179 yr Hi, Did you also update the 777 to match the new options and behaviours from the 747? like the new friction modelling for instance? Thank you! Yori Smulders
May 30, 20179 yr Hello guys, I still have some Q to ask: 1. I currently own only the FSX NGX. Is there any difference (I mean in functionality) between the FSX and P3D versions? Explanation of the above Q: I remember that pressing TOGA (in the FSX version) during GA procedure, the sim would CTD. Does the same apply in the P3D version (so do both version share the same "bugs"?) 2. Does the new 64bit version of the NGX also include some small bug fixes? (see above explanation) 3. Some years back (I think in 2015) a new SP was mentioned for the NGX (one to also fix the TOGA CTD). Unfortunately this new SP was then dropped. Will the NGX someday get a new version (like QOTS II)? May 30, 20179 yr 1) no. What works in FSX works in P3D in terms of features and functionality. 2) I think from what they said the are just making it 64 bit compatible. There is a remake of the NGX planned. Look into that post for more info on that. 3) There is a new version planned for the NGX. I dont think the current NGX will see further SP/updates. Keep in mind, your FSX NGX will not work in P3D. you will need to buy the P3D version. I hope that some existing bugs will be corrected anyway, I'm going to buy the NGX after the release of P3D V4, and I hope not to have these problems and wait and pay other €€€ to have them solved, with all respect :-) Regards, Massimo Solimbergo Massimo Solimbergo | MY PC = MoBo: MSI X670E GAMING WIFI CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D RAM: Kingstone 32GB 5600Mhz GPU: NVIDIA RTX4070TI SSD: Samsung 990PRO 2TB + 970EVO 1TB + 860PRO 512GB + 840PRO 512GB OS: Win11 Pro 64 Monitor: Samsung SJ55W PERIF: Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog + TPR SIM: MSFS2020 Planes: Fenix | PMDG | FSS ERJ | BAe146 Utilities: Navigraph VA: UKvirtual (www.ukvirtual.co.uk) Online Flying Network: VATSIM
