We have several members who do!  And they want to be quick to show what they found wrong.  What caught my attention was the fact you stated you had a CTD which indicated to me almost immediately there was something wrong with the aircraft that caused the CTD.  As you indicated, it had nothing to do with the Phenom 300.

I'm sorry.  I did not know you were an expert with the Phenom 300!  I do not have access to the guide so cannot see what you wrote.  Thank you for your contribution to the community!  We need more members like you to help out our senior and junior members who want to learn how to operate this outstanding aircraft.

It works for me perfectly.  I clearly see a Departure and Arrival option.  In fact, I just loaded a departure from KDCA:

As you can see, there is an Arrival button too.  I have the Navigraph Extension installed too.

The Navigraph G1000 Manual provides the information required for running and setting up a flight plan for the Carenado aircraft (for novices).

I installed the latest version which you must download from their site in your account.  I installed it with Admin Rights.  It works and the latest AIRAC data is installed.

I might have approved the link to the guide but do not recall reading it.  The link does not work for me (as well as for others).  I also have very limited memory.  It would be a miracle if I knew what I did last week.  I do have a Google account and perhaps all I have to do is provide them with my password and username to get access to your document?

I always right click any installer and install with Admin rights.  As I recall, when I installed it I did not see the Arrival/Departure entries too but they are clearly there now.  I do not believe I had Navigraph extensions properly installed when I could not see the Arrival/Departures.  I had the older version installed and did some checking and saw they had a later version.  Then I went to Navigraph and got the latest data.

Unfortunately I got a very strange response from my support ticket with Carenado, they keep accusing me of modifying the G1000 and replacing it with the GTN750??  I simply pointed them to this thread/image of the "banding" problem and let them know what file seems to be involved.  So now they are refusing support because they keep insisting I've modified something??

Shame, I've enjoyed their products in the past, but this response was very unexpected.  I guess at least it was a response?

It should be in the P3D Folder, under Carenado and the name of your aircraft (Phenom 300).

sounds like we'll need to wait for the Navigraph update in order to get the most out of the G1000

I got the latest version on their site to work.  Just installed with Admin Rights then made sure I had the latest AIRAC from Navigraph.  MFD is showing I have the latest AIRAC installed.  I personally cannot believe they released the aircraft w/o the latest Navigraph Extension or at least the ability to fully use the aircraft without the extension.  With my Arrival and Departure working in the G1000, it seems superfast in regards to programming and all of the buttons seem to work.  Seeing what Cees has posted above, I probably do not have it completely installed properly.  I know entering SID's and STAR's was working properly but tried to look at other SID's and they would not give me any.  Flying out of Reagan National in DC it probably has only one SID as you have to fly up the River and cannot fly over the Wash DC.

Regarding the mention of a Navigraph manual for the G1000. I thought that you meant it was a manual by the Navigraph people who do the Airac cycles etc. I have the G1000 manual but it is the one that came with the aircraft. I also have the real world Garmin G1000 user manual downloaded. Thanks for your reply.
