I wish I knew what was wrong Ted.  Believe the issue has been moved up to the creators of the website, IPS Community Techs.  I just pushed the Blue OnStar button and they have no idea how to fix it too!  Hope you made a big pot of coffee...

It’s working better right at the moment. Much better than it was about 2 hours ago. I see that the advisory message has reappeared indicating that the search engine is reindexing all site content (which can take quite some time). Hopefully when that process is done things might be back to normal.

Sometimes things get out of sync. Right click the folder and select Mark Folder Read to clear the number.
