Does a very large amount of passengers come with multiple busses? Having 500 passengers exit from one bus is not very realistic

Obviously yes, if you enable the "Multiple Trips" option in the GSX Settings. With that option enabled, the bus will only contain up to its real world capacity so, you'll get multiple buses (not at the same time).

With that option disabled, the bus will be "magic", carrying any amount of passengers, but it might save some time. It's exactly the same as the Fuel Truck, which use that option to choose between a single magic truck with infinite fuel, or multiple tankers with their real world capacity.

Very well implemented.

Super excited about this and getting it tonight. Umberto pushing the envelope as always, well done. Hopefully this release means we're closer to ORD! 🙂

Wow, excellent job with this Umberto, you've yet again elevated the reality of our simulated world ... and I know there is more to come.  Thank you!

Cheers, Rob.

Sounds good. Im not sure if in the real world if there are multiple busses or if it goes back and gets more passengers.

Depends on the airport and aircraft ... I recall when we landed in Accra (Ghana) on KLM we didn't get a bus, stairs and long walk (and line) to immigrant booths.  But that was some time ago, I believe the airport has been updated considerably since then, but they still don't have Jetways ... but it looks like they do have buses now and more support for heavies.  Unfortunately Africa gets no love from scenery developers.

But the very fact we're having a conversation about number of buses and how passengers walk etc. etc. puts a smile on my face ... we've come a long way from empty polygons

Yes, I was entertained by this "Simulator".

Again, big congrats to Umberto for evolving the platform.

Cheers, Rob.

Yeah I wouldn't image in today's time there being an A380 in which they are transporting 500+ passengers to it... I would imaging the extreme heavies get the most priority.

OMW - unbelievable what kept us entertained not even that long ago.

Insta-buy thank you FSDTeam Team. 😛

Just briefly tried out the new GSX2 and I’m impressed so far. Earlier I watched a popular twitch streamer flying the FSLabs Airbus and his followers rip into the new GSX 2.  Not fair to FSDT when you don’t go into the settings or read the manual. From other brief reviews and postings I’ve seen the reports are positive. Can’t wait to try out the SODE gates next.

Are you kidding me? I just loaded up the sim at KDTW and the SODE jetways are already there, and with gate numbers.  How cool is that!
Now I'm going the replace the jetways at Orbx KSAN.

There are YouTube channels with "proof" the Earth is flat, go figure...

Does anyone know how we edit or replace the jetways for an airport already with SODE jetways? I want to add the gate numbers to the jetways on KMSP but there is no way to edit the jetway

**EDIT I think I can go into the Flightbeam manager and change jetways to static then edit them

You obviously didn't read my post. I've already seen that video.

I want to add the GSX jetways to KMSP (which already has SODE) in order to add the Gate numbers on the Jetways.

With GSX Level 2 you can't modify an existing jetway with SODE. In the Flightbeam manager you can disable sode jetways but then it makes static jetways which are part of the building model in which you can't edit either.

😡😡😡😡😡
