October 12, 20187 yr Downloaded demo and tried for 2x6 minutes in VR. Very smooth, textures not very polished. Once frozed in VR, on monitor was functioning fine on the same time. Still very fresh and new.
October 12, 20187 yr Night lighting over the city was pleasant for me. The fact that at high speed with the 737 the rudder have full effect on the plane, well, not so happy about that 🙂 It gives me a lot of old fsx vibes in a way. Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."
October 12, 20187 yr In my opinion so far, where this is very good is where flyinside has always been good: A thoughtful and well laid out interface. As far as in-game graphics, I'm thinking FS9. The clouds are nice, appear volumetric and are non rotating. Buildings have no shadows, and the demo has a noticeable dearth of trees..... as in, pretty much none. Vr is adequate but not fast enough to accommodate higher antialiasing without artifacts/stutters on my 2080ti, CPU dependant? I might grab it just because...... But I'm not sure.
