I was wondering if anybody has seen any animals in the demo. Are there any?

I looked almost everywhere, without any luck, they probably didnt make it in to the demo.

Or they're all hiding. Shy little things. :-lol

I've seen birds, IIRC.

There are some bird around the lighthouse (sometimes, I have only seen them once, and only for a few seconds). I don't think there are any other animals. There should be a folder in the SimObjects folder called animals, which I guess is for animals (duh ;)), which is not present in the demo (confirmed by tdragger, see my posts in the issues thread). The birds use some other system, so they are present.If you look at my post called "Birds!" in the issues thread I have a screenshot of the birds.Klas

They are also around/above the cruise ship by the airport.

I saw birds as well, when on Final, they were flying across the threshhold when I made my approach. Maybe I got lucky, I only did 2 little test flights with the Demo.

I found some strange objects in the water that look like whales. When you get close you can see what looks like a wake behind them. Regards, Bob.

Thanks! No these were BELOW the water and had a ripply wake! The boats that I have seen are above the water, as they should be. I was in the Beaver and at an altitude of 100 ft. Regards, Bob.

There are some invisible yachts about where you can only see them from their shadows and from a distance they look like black lumps in the water.Might have been those you sawCraig

Yeah they look like yachts (without the yacht) to me, the mast is clearly visible in the shadow.

I saw those as well--thought they were dolphins. However, it may just have been a reflection of the aircraft. No, I like the idea that it was dolphins. Yeah, that's what it was, dolphins. ;)Randall
