After having read your comment I actually first thought of Paris (because of the river and because you said we might be able to find it, so it had to be somewhere popular), but then I couldn't find it immediately and dismissed it a bit too quickly it seems. We may have seen screenshots from there before, but it certainly looks special, so it's worth another one.
