95% of the time since this poll started..VR was at most 15%.. ..and now (suddenly) win against ATC ? really?  VR against one of the core features all fs community always talk about? 🤔

Look. I want ATC, seasons etc, but I could only choose one. Back away from the tin foil. 😊

So easy.

Like many I am intrigued/interested  by VR and not discarding it at all, even if I think that it may be not for me (to be verified).

But the way overbearing people hijack or even manipulate threads (and when I say threads, the figures on this poll of the last 12 hours are rather weird)  is repelling rather than attractive. If it goes on like that, VR in flight simming is on the path taken by XP, a chapel for true believers not a mainstream way of simming. And that would be a pity.

I discourage people from being overbearing, but I have been getting a lot of that for wanting VR. Like people accusing others of being in a Sect.  Not true!  I wouldn’t want to be in a sect that would want me for a member. /s

Listen we should just accept that VR and seasons are not in the release candidate but will come later, no poll is going to change that I have seen just about all the invited testers videos and as some have said the sim is no ware near done yet, and what the insiders will gat is a pre-alpha limited with some bugs to test so as they said keep an open mind, your not going to get your hands on the full sim.

And will be working flat out getting the sim to final and tested, not adding something that's not on the build sheet.

I can accept it, if they commit to doing it at all. I saw and heard the lead Asoblo lead equivocate by saying “we cannot commit to VR at this time.”

Do you see where I am coming from? It sounds noncommittal to me.

Yes I am not into VR but I understand those that are and no seasons for me is not an upgrade to FSX, say they will look at it is one thing doing it is another we been here before (multicore remember )

I agree, I would love to have seasons too. The devs said it is easy to do seasons on the fly, since the graphics engine supports it. I imagine they would need to capture data on where snow falls and the duration of the year. Azure AI might be up to the task, by comparing and contrasting images/data or such.

I think that was the weather engine can do season but the scenery is summer Bing tiles it will be interesting to see how a progressively generated 3D buildings will do seasons if its that easy I suspect LR would have done it by know.

Such as snow on rooftops.  I forgot about that.. that would be great.

I hope there's force feedback support without needing to install 3Rd party plug-ins.

I have Microsoft sidewinder ffb2 joystick, still rocking strong after all these years!

This poll has been rigged by the r/flightsim spamming VR

ATC and Seasons are MUCH more important than VR

No that won`t work they will have a new one out before release and no drivers for the old one, take a leaf out of apples play book by new 😁

I assume they should be able to use existing FSX code for that.
