The conspiracy people still have time to lobby an ATC union,  or a climate expert, or even the internet.  Get out there and prove once and for all that VR is not a big deal and growing.

Literally no one has genuinely taken the position you have described.

And I’m sure they wont after the polling is finished, right?

What does this even mean?

Are you arguing that anyone who doesn't select VR as their most desired feature is somehow arguing that VR is irrelevant?

I'm of the thought that if you prioritize something in a flight sim, it should be something that everyone, if they really enjoy flightsims, will use.

ATC is something that everyone that really wants a simulation would use.  It's an incredibly fundamental piece to having an immersive experience.

Is VR immersive?  Of Course! I own an Oculus.   But I find it silly to think that a key piece of flying an aircraft realistically should take a back seat to something that requires folks to spend a hell of a lot more money on hardware.

Put the basic components of aviation in first, then go to folks that have the money to pay for more expensive rigs and the VR kit of their choice.

It seems like a no brainer.  but maybe I'm dumb.

I am only addressing the complainers that VR is ahead in the polls.

I don't see complaints, only people asking what has occurred that caused the poll results to shift.

People can't ask questions or express curiousity about this subject?

They can question and take action, or just question. I am observing.

I'd say you're mis-reading, over-reacting, and espousing conspiracy theories, but yeah go with "observing".

As long as you take comfort in that...go with it.

Okay, I’ll make  a deal. I will admit I was wrong if no one challenges the veracity of the polls now and later. Deal?

I'm not inclined to accept your premise.  I don't think people are actually doing what you think they're doing, so I really don't have an interest in going down this path with you.

Honestly, I think you should reconsider your approach to this topic, and on these forums in general.

Yes, that is an accurate self-diagnosis.

I don't think you get it.

You're espousing crazy conspiracy theories, and I'm not going to join you.  That doesn't make me "in the dark", it makes you crazy 😉

Well, so far I have seen people asking for vr being called cultists, fanatics and other pejoratives that I assume are intended to express the posters displeasure at us upstarts daring to make ourselves known.

Hows that for community spirit?

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.
