I've seen in this thread the Duke works fine with 2024 Can someone do me a solid and give me the instructions on how to properly install it to 2024? Thanks in advance!

This isn't a flight school, it's a flight sim and supposed to be fun. Learning how to fly a Duke is a hilarious amount of fun. Dig into it! If you can start, fly a pattern, and land in a C172, you can do it in a Duke no problem!

You've already got the A2A Comanche, get the Turbine Duke and you're good for GA stuff with fast moving IFR possibilities. (learning how to start em up and get em in the air is the best part of flight sims!)

is Tobii fully integrated with this update? I hate having another outside app running when I fly, already have active sky, sayintentions, navigraph, etc. going. Kinda wild that Star Citizen, of all games, has Tobii perfectly integrated and no other sim seems to do it well right now. I'd go as far as to say Tobii is the *only* thing Star Citizen does perfectly, lol

I know Im not the only one who's struggling with this, there's even a fix on flightsim.to But the fix doesn't work for me, even though ive done both of the suggested file switches (removing .disabled) from a couple of the files in the mod. Anyone care to share how they worked around this? Such a bummer, one of the best looking airports in the sim and it just looks goofy now... lol Thanks!

If so, do you know what size allen wrench i need to adjust the throttle resistance? The top two screws on either side of the twin throttles Thanks so much in advance and I know this isn't the best place on the forum to ask, but its the busiest and im desperate! Thanks again!

PMDG 737 and the Duke Turbine That's all I care about and once they come back, I will be an everyday pilot

Let them know in the discord, while the flight is happening preferably. They were wildly receptive when I was a subscriber and would often fix things in near real time. I stopped because I'm just kinda waiting for the PMDG 737 to come to 2024 and I'll likely get back with them. I've had the head dev take the same flight as me a couple times and fix things immediately.

Lol... the devs are complaining streamers aren't reading the manual. The one im watching is calling BS (in the nicest way)

Maybe this isn't the right place to ask, but can someone either give their own, or show me a good review of the aircraft? I'm in one of those lulls where I've been away from flight sims for just long enough where it's gonna take me a second to remember how to ride the bike, as it were. I'm excited to get back on the bike, but is this plane a good reason to do it? I've been waiting for the PMDG 737 to get to 2024, or the Turbine Duke and neither has materialized yet. And I've seen talk that the inibuilds 777 is plenty good for cheaper? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks so much! I have a win wing Orion 2 throttle that has served me really well with 2020, DCS, Star Citizen, etc. With 2024, when i bring the throttle all the way back, it jumps to nearly 50% at what I assume is a detent. I thought I was going nuts because I was coming in so fast into final, I thought the sim was all messed up but I found the culprit! Has anyone else had this issue and know where to solve it in the settings? I can't possibly just use muscle memory to stop myself from moving the throttle all the way back.. it's just impossible! Thanks! EDIT: Is it an issue I need to update the WinWing firmware? Maybe I figured it out?

I have 2020 on Steam Should I uninstall that first, or should I try to uninstall all the other apps and planes involved first? Is there a consensus on this? Is there a youtube or something? Thanks!

I understand the disappointment of some... seriously! Not being able to fly on day 1. Some folks don't like the UI. There are streaming issues. But I've also seen so much from folks on Twitch and YouTube that looks **amazing** I watched someone take a bush plane into Alaska, land in a meadow, then walk and stand next to the river during sunset. Holy word not allowed that was awesome! Im hearing wide reviews that the flight model feels more alive, taxiing feels more realistic, the clouds and lighting look legit (with exceptions of course) I felt like another fresh thread was warranted for folks who haven't bought it and are waiting for reviews we can compilate, good and bad. The rest of the board is getting murky with people who have 5000k or more hours in the sim looking at small stuff... maybe more big picture? Thanks!

Dont know how much help this is but I have the WinWing Orion 2 Throttle It is absolutely amazing... I kinda wish I didn't skimp out and forgo the detents, but I still love it so much. The build quality is amazing, and all the insane amount of options with sliders and dials, toggles, it's great for MSFS, DCS, and space sims. (I do Star Citizen, DCS, and this) I combined it with the VKB Gladiator (Space Edition) stick. (I know it's kinda inexpensive, but I couldn't be happier with the pairing) I think a great throttle with all the bells and whistles with a good stick is where it's at. You can sim everything and it feels great.

Hey! I've taken a bit of time off but I'm very excited to get back, especially with 2024 coming back I was really into flying ILS with private aircraft when I took a break but I have the PMDG 737 and the FENIX Could someone give me a link to the best and newest FENIX tutorials to brush up with? I've found the Ryanair guy's 737 tutorial still scratches my itch and I have a lot more hours in the Boeing so I'm still good there. I'm not sure if i ever really learned how to actually fly the FENIX though, I was able to limp it around, but don't have a good link that I trust like I have for the 737. Thanks everyone!
