And their download servers are broken.

You'd think they'd learn because this happens with every release!

the order went through fine, but it's giving HTTP errors when trying to log into the ops centre, and then if you do manage to get in, the download will keep failing.

Can you define “went through fine”?  I’ve been watching the dreaded spinning circle for about 7 min or so.  Also, no progress bar, shame PMDG.

Purchase worked fine.

The download keeps giving an HTTP request error

Now OC3 is failing to load customer info.

I hit the purchase button and got an error message. 
 

I refreshed the page and my cart was empty.  When I went back to screen to add to cart 2nd time, the picture and price are there but no option to purchase.
