These pictures being shown around Discords. Maybe hold off buying till the A220 releases. Some people still can't accept these are taken from 2024 even after someone else has posted roughly the same image and doesn't match the videos.

What an enjoyable experience in 2024. Smooth as butter, everything worked the first load. It's a pretty standard PMDG plane experience, but they did a good job getting it working in 2024. Loaded in, d

Just did my first flight. Smooth, without any hiccups. The performance is incredible, even better than some default aircraft. Nothing to complain about at the moment. Regarding someone's comments

Yeah anybody blaming the user and potential customer is off base. Deliver the product when advertised or get out of the business. No doubt we will hear the same excuse Asobo/MS made about the 'overwhelming" response which wasn't anticipated.  lol

so what of folks like me who already have the 300ER for 2020?  Should I not see the DL option (for free) in OC3?

I'm talking about the texturing if you think that is acceptable compared to other developers. I can't help you.

Did you uninstall it (the 300ER) completely from your system ?

In my case i still have OC2 installed and the new OC3 detected My 777W and 777F.. you will not get an option to install until you fully uninstall the product first then you can reinstall it using OC3

everyone has their thing...mine is systems depth. the visuals are extra. As long as the cockpit doesn't look like complete dogword not allowed, it's all good. I'd take an ugly, high fidelity systems simulation over nonfunctional/skin deep systems beauty queen. Obviously both would be great to have, but i'm willing to compromise if the stuff under the hood works well.

There is something off there, even the 300 has extremely detailed modelling if the internals of the wing down to the rod turning as the flaps extend/retract.

Where did those pics come from?  Something isn't right there.  Watching the flap animation and detail is one of my favorite things with the 777.  I wouldn't put much weight in those photos.

Good for you. You will find for $77.72 most will say its not right.

Just logged in again. OCS3 appeared in about ten seconds and offered me a chance to DL/Install. Thruput is acceptable tho not blinding by any means. I will withhold further comment until plane is installed and working.

EDIT. Stuck at 53%. 918 files remaining and remaining for ten min now. Sorry PMDG, but right now you stink.

To be clear I have in the OC3  the 777-300ER and it will not let me install it in MSFS 24. Even though its highlighted. My 737-900, 800 and 700 are all greyed out. I'm assuming we'll be paying an upgrade fee for the other planes.

The 300ER is not yet released for 24. So it would be expected that you wont have the option to do so ..  It was also  confirmed that once ready the conversion would be a free one..
