Everything is working find with 4.0.27 and Addon Manager - Zero issues.

Are you able to layer all scenery with AO the way you want it without Central re-layering them when you use it ?

I now have xml and cfg scenery mixed in AO and for each country their airport)s) just above it. So no all airports together and countries together..

I don't have Vectors installed. If I had to rank ORBX addons that I've purchased, and I have too many to mention, that's definitely at the top of the worst and most troublesome. The layering issue is due to Open LC layering.

No worries. I'm back to a fully loaded sim with all my sceneries layered correctly, thanks to FTX v3 and scenery config tool.

I do not see any problems with 4.0.27 - I did read their forums that everything works as it should now

Following feedback from myside. You are able to use Central on layering all ORBX products with the "instruction" to put them on the top of your scenery list. That works for ORBX Airports etc, as well for regions, landclass, base and vector from ORBX.

I tried this out and I remember that all other "non ORBX Products" were not "relayerd". So the output is that ORBX Products get relayerd and reorganized to the TOP of your scenery list, if you instruct it to do so, and the rest of your well organized scenery keeps untouched.

What I don´t know is, if they get "a strict layer number" or something like that.

But you can try it and use the AO Backup files the roll back if this did not work for you.

You're one of the nice guys here, so I'll try to help you out. OC does not layer the scenery the way FTX v3 did. You can choose to install the old fashion way, but OC fails to layer properly. You can try it out and see for yourself. Good luck getting it to work. 😀

Are you new to flight sim? Addons take tweaking and customizing to get everything working right nothing wrong with doing that

You need to read a little more about all the issues that users are having with OC v4. It has nothing to do with tweaking, but a utility that breaks your flight simulator.

OH AND NO I ain't new to flight simming. 😁

I will wait till several new versions have been released. IMHO still to many people having are issues, reading the Central forum.

And I have no intention to reinstall P3Dv4..
