Step 3: Umm, there goes my 6 FPS advantage, doh! Step 4: Wait, scenery shadows cost more than 6 FPS. Step 5: 11.50 performance is worse than 11.40 !!!!! Step 6: My plug-ins ain't working in 11.50! I hope no one was holding their breath. And I know Vulkan will not bring major changes to the platform, however for years I have suffered from the occasional stutter and un-smooth game play which is completely distracting.
