I hope Asobo will fix this :)

Who else has an allergy to the "lit tennis balls" representing Aircraft lights from the distance, in FSX?

I do and when I saw it in the latest Feature Discovery Video I was like 😰😰😰😰

I hope Asobo will improve this as their engine can certainly deliver much better light bloom effect from the distance. 😎

Here is what I mean:

I see what you mean, at least it doesn't seem to apply to the nav lights. Either way we know it is all wip 🙂

Yeah, that one doesn't look good.  Maybe just leftover.

BTW, hit space to pause a youtube video, then use comma and period keys  , .  to move frame by frame.

My brother has Coronavirus, confirmed by testing. On 3/26 he almost didn't survive the night.  He had extreme trouble breathing and was given a steroid inhaler.  He was very weak, had nausea, and other issues that aren't pleasant.  As of this update he is feeling much better, and seems he will be fine.  Stay safe out there.  (Updated 4/6)

I too was a little disapointed to see that again, but the beacon under the Airbus in the engine scene is perfect!

It’s just me or it looked like a rotatory beacon?

I don't know, I haven't seen FSX lights in 10 years.

Maybe Asobo could use a little FS Lights Reborn technology in the new sim.

plus it would be nice to see runway, approach and PAPI lights have fixtures attached to them. not just lights floating in space.

Runway edge lights had fixtures in the latest video. Still no flush or semi-flush lights for the CL or TDZL though. Not sure about the PAPIs.

EDIT: I was watching on my phone. Played the video again on my 65" TV and it was immediately obvious that there are, in fact semi-flush light fixtures for CL and TDZL as well as for taxiway centerline lights.

I see what you mean...

Btw - I just noticed - what's going on, with the edge-textures of the taxiway, nearest to the camera?

WIP I guess...
