It's annoying,. You have to logout of your microsoft account (just go to bing.com and click at the top right) and then delete all cookies from fs.com).

If, like me, you have miltiple Microsoft accounts, it breaks again 5 minutes later.... so I've started using Edge browser for fs.com and Chrome for everything else.

I logged out from MIcrosoft and looked for cookies from fs.com. There were none (under Chrome) despite I was able to login into the Insider area some time ago. Trying to login again with the MS account account into the Insider login didn't help either.

Frustrating but thanks for the hint despite.

I really don't want to clear all cookies.

Kind regards, Michael

Same here! Weirdly I also can’t login to certain governmental websites in my country using Chrome.

Former MSFS Alpha Tester, current member of the MSFS Stream Team.

I managed to pull up the log in screen, but using chrome incognito (who'd have thought I finally have use for it).

In logging in, it still gave the same error.

I could login with Edge  but it took its sweet time. I gave up using Chrome long ago to access it.

This site is the worst from all those that I frequent, very poorly organized and confusing, unable to keep you logged. It looks like being designed and run by a not so bright intern.

The same for me, on Chrome I cannot log in, yet I can on Edge.

Does anyone find that the webpage is slow to load?

It has never been a miracle of swiftness for me since my first visit few months back. This site is the only counter-productive element of their PR campaign.

I have to agree with @domkle , the menus in the MSFS forum are really misleading, also, a lot of inconsistencies in my opinion.

For example, the main "media" section has only 7 screenshots.

Another example is the login error, I am still unable to access the insider area, and this is a problem they are aware of for days.

This is very strange for a company like Microsoft.
