The bad mesh resolution in XP11 is one of the reasons I stopped using XP11. You need hundreds of GB of mesh data.

XP11 does have very "curvy" mountains, and also handles mountainous terrain with decent mesh poorly. When building scenery, you have to be very aware of the triangle count.

I actually tend to avoid flying in the mountains in that sim due - somewhat ironically - to the mesh-related microstutters that occur in those locations when decent addon scenery is used.

Sim rig: Intel Core i9 9900K @ 5GHz, Asus ROG Maximus XI Code, MSI 2080 Ti, GSkill DDR4 32 GB, NZXT Kraken.

Current sims: P3D v5, MSFS, X-plane 11, Aerofly FS2 and DCS.

I suppose not seeing snow on them makes a difference....

Ok, but have you tested *everything* yet?
If not, why not?! 😉

There are at least three fixes for the Varjo VR headset listed. Is the chromakeying working well now? Any other comments about performance???

(I am joking. I am presuming that no one here actually spent USD$6000 on a VR headset with an additional $1000 annual fee...but you never know, flightsim guys can get pretty crazy!)

:)
