im dying waiting for this release here. Seriously dying. I gave up back in April when COVID hit thinking it will be another year before this comes out. Then when I saw August 18th 2020 I jumped out of my seat. The last few weeks have dragged on. I feel like the South Park episode where Cartman wants the Wii so bad he freezes himself dead to wait for it because he cant stand it any longer.

Every region has a different release time, which corresponds to 18 August at 00:00 European time.

So everybody will be able to download on the 18 August at 00:00 European time.

I disagree. My release time equates to 14:00 17th August European time.

I checked Brazil and I don't remember which other, they were synced with the European time, unless I miscalculated, which could have happened.

My time zone is CET and I've got August 18th 2020 00.00

I don't get these release times... 😕

I dont even have a option in steam for checking release time LOL.

 

lucky i had so many steam vouchers and my mum paid most for passing my ATPLS last month so excited haha.. stress of my shoulders now!

I think we've all been given a time of 00:00 18th, but because we all live in 24 different timezones across the world, we all download at different times. For example, you in CET will start your download 10 hours after me. That's my take on it anyway.

I'll set my region to Samoa and see what happens, lol.

Yes I know and that would make sense... except, that doesn't seem to add up, given the times people in here have told us they have.

Some may be in for a surprise. I have noted in my MS account where I pre-ordered the deluxe edition it will be released tomorrow the 17th. So an early get for me. Hopefully that means midnight because if so it will be a lonnng sleepless night! That's North American Central Time..
