August 16, 20205 yr I can change my regional settings in Windows 10 (follow guide here). If I set it to Australia I get a release time from Microsoft Store at 17th of August at 04.00 PM. If I set it to Germany I get 18th of August at 12.00 AM If I set it to United States, I get 18th of August at 06.00 AM I have no idea of whether or not this affects if you (in theory) can download it earlier by changing your regional location in Windows 10?!
