I dropped the mod files in the communityfolder like this:

However, it does not show up in my airplane selection. What am I missing?

the mod isn't another a320, it just modifies the existing one 🙂

So how do I choose between default A320 and modified A320 in the sim??

You don't. Just select the A320, the mods are incorporated. Follow Discord to get to know as future updates are included.

Which means the folder doesn't go into community!  You must have to take the files from the download and overwrite them in the "official" folder.  That's my take on it, the installation instructions aren't clear....

No you shouldn't touch the Official folder, the A320NX is placed in the Community folder - no overwriting.

According to Flightdeck2sim, Zibo reckons "the physics needs to be improved on the commercial aircraft" before complex modifications will be possible.

Yea but years of simming was telling me "surely have to overwrite some files somewhere"........ especially considering the download was less than 400kb that's the bit that wasn't clear for me personally.

Kudos to these guys. Perhaps we will finally get to see the P3D & LM community working together.

Albeit.. I still think all this and much more should have been done by MS/Asobo.

Amazing isn't it? Perhaps the ones who know, can do it right.
