Flight dynamics broken, graphical issues with clouds, oversized signs at airports, and a few more issues appearing everyday, and the update was 2 days ago. I don't know what makes it unplayable to you, but for me, this is mainly a joke. It's not so hard to test things before releasing.

Now it is absolutely unplayable. 🙂 The pixelated clouds are gone, btw.
February 18, 20215 yr Nearly every game does this on Steam, just have a beta test branch and a release version. It shouldn't be that complicated to do. Ryzen 5 5600X - Noctua U12A, 32Gb Vengence, Sapphire Pulse 5700xt, WD Black SN750 NVMe SSD

This software is more like Software-as-a-service (like every other major piece of modern software released in 2021) than an antique software where you get everything you'll ever need on one DVD. No, Asobo is not giving the release version to third party dev's a week before actual release, like I described. . . They do want to, though. Everything I described was mentioned by Asobo as something they'd like to start doing in the near future. They aren't doing it yet though. Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory. The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire. To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune. There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you. It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.
February 18, 20215 yr No we don't need this mod it'll cause more issues, what we need is better Updates released that don't break things that worked perfectly fine before, the ball is in Asobos court to get this right... eventually! Any time a piece of software needs to talk to a mothership, it needs to be the software the mothership is expecting to talk to, which means supporting multiple optional versions would be suboptimal. I do get where you're coming from. Especially if you're using a desktop sim for some sort of (ground-based rudimentary) flight training you want to be able to freeze the build so you don't wind up with problems. But that's not this sim, and it was never advertised as though it were. If you're looking for something like that, P3D would be a better option as long as you're OK with the comparatively lousy visuals.
