You should be able to do it in the content manager.

Find you community folder, then move the orbx London landmarks folder out of the community folder.

Its not in the community folder, it was bought via Marketplace

Then it's located in your Official/OneStore folder. That's actually your content folder. You should back up that folder if you ever want to re-install your sim to save time.

98% done. 23.03 out of 23.38gb. It’s been an hour and 30 minutes so far

I think that must be it. It moved on to Denver after that, which I'm fairly sure isn't in the UK 🙂
