Is this new driver and hotfix for all nvidia GPUs (I have a GTX1080ti) or just for the new 3 series GPUs?

I'm still at GTX 1070 so if you try it out please post back you impressions/experience.

The 466.79 "hotfix" driver says its from December 2. 2020. Which is weird.
