Doing a quick Google search for aerial photo of tulip fields and you'll find many vivid pictures of flowerfields from high up.

Gaming Laptop:
MSI GS75 Stealth 5.6GHz Intel Core i9 - 10th gen 16 core CPU  -  32 GB DDR4 SDRAM  - 1TB SSD - RTX 2080 Super - 1920x1080 - 3 fans and cooling pipes.

A lot of those tulip fields photos on the internet are edited at least a bit - to make colors more saturated and vivid. I'm not saying they are not colorful in real life.. just not that much, probably. At least from a far.

Interesting to call flower colors FLASHY. It's flowers... Those are exact colors as you would normally see a plumeria tree or any other flower colors. 🙂

You guys are so used to seeing greens all the time in the sim. 🙂

You know everyone is an expert 😴. Don't listen to them. It's a great addon. It actually brings life to the sim

So now pictures are edited to make them more saturated? Smh, some of you guys need to get out more and see the world.

I remember when someone was saying that the sunsets were too colorful and Asobo needed to tone it down lol, like they seen every single sunset in the world.

Avsim really is a special place

I'm actually going to buy the product, I was just mentioning the fact that most photos on the internet, especially "amazing photo of this or that", are heavily edited.

Yep, I've been lucky enough to have travelled to many a tropical location and the colors are like that indeed. However some fields in your video where there are some I presume Lavender or similar plantations look too vibrant IMO. Otherwise Its definitely looking good indeed.

I tried your initial free version and I am buying this.

So yes, you  do see them exactly like this flying low.

You won't see tree flowers if you fly high, but you'll clearly see flower fields from high up. Colors depends on the cloud and weather condition.

The picture you referenced is exactly what I said is the primary exception, tulip fields in The Netherlands. However the amount of colour in other places in your video like Washington DC and Paris look far too overdone even if for whatever reason you could fly that low in real life. They are just too vivid and too consistent. In real life they are not that vivid and also do no consistently line the river bank in a line of pink on either side. Also in some of your demo videos you show huge swathes of colour from altitude which contradicts what you said about not seeing flowers from high up as you do in your video.

Look, I only support people like yourself who strive to make the sim better, but I recommend not becoming too biased in your own work. Whilst this is just my opinion and perspective, for what it's worth I do have a background in geographical sciences and remote sensing, and am very familiar with biome diversity and aerial imagery.

This package is worth every penny and its not that expensive, it does a great job of enhancing the flight experience with NO performance hit.

Great product, but with the nerfed LOD I cannot get immersed in any vegetation when it forms a ring around my aircraft 😞

EVERY element I placed on this mod is based on real life and a lot of research.

Washington: Photo and compare to my video. EXACTLY Same

I am not biased at all. I take so many constructive criticism (Just check the main forum) but when someone says flower colors are too flashy, yes. Flowers are suppose to be flashy and vivid.

A tree with full bloom is visible from high up , such as Jacaranda bloom, but a tree with few small flowers will not be. It depends.

...and I think to myself, what a wonderful world!

I really enjoy those 2 weeks of a year and go out whenever I can during that time span.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, my Reverb1 still isn't able to show such vivid colors, but the 2D screen is.

Kind regards, Michael

These are HDR photos. Real life does not look anywhere near as vivid as HDR so I don't believe you can compare if we want to have realistic colours.

Also the number of trees with such blossoms at once is less in real life (i.e. limited to some parks and a few streets/gardens here and there), and thirdly, the number of days of full bloom are rather limited and does not last for weeks with all trees in exactly equal bloom at the exact same moment and same intensity. I would recommend a toned down version with a less strong non-HDR colour palette and less quantity.

PLEASE,,, Non HDR photos are same.

Also I don't have these EVERYWHERE in every street. It's in selected areas only, like you mentioned. I won't judge anything until you know.

I have several colors blossom, not just one type of tree.. Each has it's own color, again based on research and what they are and cannot be toned down to make it look unreal.
