Yes, I get this also, especially in this region (but not only). I think the issue is that the sim is looking for an even higher-res tile for the closest area to the plane, but isn't finding one -- but this still seems like a bit of a bug to me, as it would still look better with the original tile that's definitely available. Oh well.
