Paramount Pictures recently shifted the release date of Top Gun: Maverick to Memorial Day weekend, May 27, 2022. As we have previously announced, the Top Gun: Maverick expansion for Microsoft Flight Simulator for Windows 10 PC, Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass will be released alongside the movie. We look forward to sharing more information in the future.

well, nothing much they can do really...

Paramount is the boss not Asobo.

I am sure they are ready for Nov release, but that's out of their control.

They can't release it early for obvious reasons.

Paramount isn't making many fans with the continuing pushing back of their movie release dates.

Maybe so, but at the end of the day I don’t think paramount is too worried about it as I know for sure i will still pay to see it when it comes out whether that’s in November of 2021, may of 2022 or December of 2022, and so will many others, the cards are in their hands unfortunately.

I am looking forward to the movie. I have little doubt that the female pilots, full of gravitas, will graciously help the male flyers earn their wings too.

By the time they release that movie, the F-18 wil be long retired… Why do they keep delaying it.

I don’t know for sure, but I feel it may have something to do with maximizing revenue due to current covid restrictions and all ..But just a guess.
