  1. As sceptical as we simmers always are, this is very exciting news 🙂 I really wish you all the best with development and look forward to the product release.
  2. Right now Fenix is just miles ahead with immersion and the time they have taken to really take advantage of what 2024 can do. As a result it is a joy to fly.
  3. Its frontpage web news: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c8e9d13x2z7o
  4. Who really cares, it looks way better than 10 years ago.
  5. I also found the new assigned detents would not take effect until you reload the aircraft.
  6. This is insane and a FREE update? Imagine how incredible their Neo's are going to be.
  7. Having just flow both the Fenix and FSlabs A321, the Fenix is just miles ahead in both texturing and refinement.
  8. The FSLabs A321 NEO has very immersive system depth and nice touches like the tech log. I would argue that the flight model feels much better when hand flying although I have never flown a real airbus. However, the textures and modelling are really not on par with Fenix, I guess they may address that with future updates.
  9. Unless I have some special computer or internet connection MSFS 2024 is certainly stable, I have over 200 hours in the sim already without major problems. I don't really get the whining. There are major improvements in the new sim which make MSFS 2020 feel like old tech. Of course they are going to concentrate development on the new platform, this is pretty much a given!
  10. Cant see any update as yet but to be fair the Fenix A320 has been pretty much solid in MS2024 from the get go.
  11. That is an incredible amount of work! It is so nice to see flight sim getting this much development time and new innovation.
  12. Dera ini, please fix the landing gear compression, sick of hearing about it. Otherwise good job, especially on the impressive hotfix.
  13. There is something about 2024 that makes it feel even more immersive, once you experience that then it is hard to go back to 2020.
  14. Remap your brake axis especially if you have a thrustmaster airbus quadrant or side stick. I mapped it to the throttle on the sidestick and used it "unstick" the toe brakes. The issue was driving me nuts for ages.
  15. Jumped into 2024 with both feet for the ride, yeah there has been some annoying things and bugs. However, the enjoyment so far has outweighed the inconvenience. It would be hard to go back to 2020.
  16. Cant wait for this thing, any indication on release? They did mention this year at one point which is fast running out.
  17. Why do we need another A321? Why for 2020? Why nearly 70 bucks?! Good luck to them, it will need to be truly wonderous.
  18. Gotta say. loving life in MS2024. The Fenix works 100% and the visuals/feel are a major step up from 2020. A few annoying issues with setup, controls ect. However, once there and set, just breath taking. MSFS2020 does feel like last gen now and P3D? lets not go there lol
  19. Its a glaring bug so will likely be fixed shortly by Asobo, perhaps in the announced upcoming updates.
  20. FS2020 loads as it did but my backache has been worse since they release MS2024.
  21. Just remember it is only a simulator and they will fix it.
  22. The trailer they dropped was jaw dropping. Its incredible to think that only a short time ago all we really had was P3D (and xplane). The hobby has exploded again with Microsoft. Really exciting times ahead with MSFS 2024, a healthy future for flightsim.
  23. If its not reported at Avsim, then the news is not real.
