September 5, 20214 yr First I heard about the imminent release of Felis Boeing 747-2xx Classic Queen, then I was just told FlyJSim's Q-400 updated with detailed systems is also about to get released. Regarding the 747 I have been in the cycle with Alexis and another Aerowinx PSX user and 767 Freighter pilot regarding manuals for the 747 model that Felis recreated, with a not so common motorization... Following some youtubes streamed by a rw pilot trying the 742 makes me dream about it everyday 🙂 Then yesterday Alexis teased me with yet another promising release - the Q-400. I never flew in one of these because my island hopes in Azores were flown on SATA's old ATP fleet, but it's an aircraft I really liked to try in FSX and also in AEFS2, and look fwd to have the chance to try in XP11/12 ! September 6, 20214 yr I think the most anticipated XP release is the Threshold/Zibo 737 line. There was some news recently on their discord and sounds like it is shaping up and they are nearing release soon. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
September 6, 20214 yr One should also not forget the great releases of the very recent past - for me as a helicopter fan these include an awesome CH-47 Chinook and a SA 315b Llama!
September 6, 20214 yr Author The Chinook I wasn't even aware of. I did see the Lama announcement though ! The Lama served at the Portuguese Air Force together with the Alouette. There are still operational Alouettes, but the Lama has long ( early eighties of the last century ) been retired. Should revisit the Zibbo too ! Hmm, I guess Air Zermatt didn´t get the notification to retire them... 😉 https://www.air-zermatt.ch/de/air-zermatt/maschinenpark Ah, you were probably only talking about the Portugese Air Force... the German Bundeswehr also used to fly Alouttes, I remember how exceptionally loud they were! I don't see a need to have any other simulator. Regardless of how much backward compatibility would be guarantee, I might not even move to XP12. I can’t find it now on their Facebook page, I hope it’s not dissolved …. It’s because it’s on Twitter not Facebook sorry, social media is all the same to me!
