No link I can see in any of the emails? This is easily the worst nonsense customer care I have ever seen. I'm done fighting to download the patch. I guess I am stuck with the DRM. Why is it so hard for them to just to post a link to the patch?

Nope. I never received an email like this. Just receipts and acknowledgements of the orders.

You are not alone. I haven't got any e-mail either.

Check spam mail.  If it’s not there, then read my sig for information on how to get in to the support forums.

I haven't time for this registration mess, I doesn't have any DRM problems, so I will wait for the release.

I have NO access to this particular forum "Board index / Milviz Specific Forums / Support Forums / MSFS2020 PC6 Support Forum /". I can access the forums as a registered member, but not the specific "MSFS2020 PC6 Support Forum". It seems to be hidden. I contacted Osin, and they are supposed to be working on it.

BTW, I cannot figure out how to adjust the "rudder trim". It always seems to be extreme right by default when I load the aircraft. There is nothing in the manual that gives me a clue about adjusting the rudder trim.

In cold and dark its on zero position, for take off (start from runway), full right. Both situation are correct. You can reset rudder trimm by shortkey or button, as you wish.
