October 5, 20214 yr Just got the email 30 minutes ago. Have uninstalled both programs, and deactivated the liveries addons. Launching the sim now to test. Does anyone know if those liveries can still be used? October 5, 20214 yr Commercial Member Yes, it's the same and yes the liveries will still be able to be used. If you already got the build from our support forums, don't bother as it's exactly the same. Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information. Please provide proof of purchase if you want support. Also, include the username you wish to have.
October 5, 20214 yr After some basic testing, seems to be working fine for me. 🙂 .. slight digression, but I think it's ridiculous that MSFS needs 100% GPU usage and draws 399 W in the menus.. which is more than when actually flying.. I know we are depending on the WT guys to get it working properly but im curious to know if you have any information. How far do you think we are from getting it on the porter? Weeks? months? October 6, 20214 yr At some point, someone involved in Milviz may want to examine how customer service is handled. No matter where the fault lies, belligerent finger-pointing does nothing to help people that have paid for a product. Milviz may well have nothing to do with initiating the problems, but indicating they are working with the people that do have the ability to fix them, rather than saying, "not our problem", would do worlds to improve the image of said company, and their products. Or just continue as you were... you do you. PC: I9-10900K, RXT 3090, 64GB RAM, 3840x1080 49" super-ultrawide

Its not final/stable so we cant fault @Milviz for not including support (yet) for what today is a product in development. I do want the NXi but i also understand that the unit is still under heavy development and missing things needed by the porter. We just have to wait. It will arrive Juan Ramos

It will arrive It has nothing to do with the support, or lack thereof, and everything to do with how they handle the interaction or questions about it. It may well be out of their hands, but the arrogance displayed is not becoming of anyone, especially from a company whose product depends on the very existence of the company whose programmers they are (inadvertently? maybe?) bad-mouthing. October 6, 20214 yr So much angst over toy aeroplanes ... For me, I just have one question: Question: My preferred store for ease of updates without the marketplace delay is Orbx. Do Milviz intend to offer the current "Stage 1" product via the Orbx store or is the Orbx availability likely to be delayed until after the Stage 2 is shipped? October 6, 20214 yr Commercial Member I’m going to get flamed for this but… really? Bad mouthing? How so? By saying that it’s on them? It is. They have said so. Everyone but you and the persons who (see below) don’t do their own due diligence know this or, at the least, are aware of this. Arrogance? In this thread alone, it’s been said more than 5 times that the NXI is not yet compatible and that WT is working on it and that we’re in touch with WT on this. We’ve said all this many MANY times. In this thread alone. It’s in the manual. It’s on the product page. It’s in the comments on 15+ threads all over the net. It’s on the YT reviews. How, exactly, are we supposed to be super nice when people don’t even read the product page, read the manual, read the comments, check the videos, read the answers? Please, there’s customer service and there’s dealing with people who are not paying attention or just aren’t doing their own due diligence. Maybe that’s you? Want a job like this? Didn’t think so… It’s become obvious, in this day and age, that the customer is NOT always right. The customer, in fact, owes just as much respect to the vendor as the other way around. I’m trying really hard here but, how many times do we have to say… Don't use the NXI, or this isn’t on us and that WT IS working on it??? 50? 100? 10000? And we’re supposed to keep our cool? We’re DEVS… not martyrs, dying on our products not working because someone didn’t effing read the manual, product page, comments… enough with this stuff. RTFM. If you’re going to buy something READ THE EFFING MANUAL. THERES A REASON WE WROTE IT. sheesh. Really. We make aircraft simulations. Good ones. Some are maybe even great. Some are good enough for the US of A to use as training products. And they don’t ever EVER speak to us as some of you do. Never.
