October 29, 20214 yr I downloaded and installed the GTN 750 free version yesterday, and I notice that it doesn't load the flight plan like the 530 or 430 does. Has anyone else seen that?

October 29, 20214 yr Author Well I reloaded the flight after I finished it, and this time the flight plan showed up along with the waypoints it said it couldn't' find before... Go figure.

I always use Simbrief, and it always loaded the FP into MSFS and the GPS at the same time. I posted this question this morning because I just started using the GTN 750, and thought it wasn't working. Found out that was just a glitch, it is working fine now.
October 29, 20214 yr I'm curious -- with what default a/c are folks using the GTN750? Also, I saw on the PMS website that you can replace the default G1000 MFD with the GTN750, but given the excellent state of the current G1000NXi which replaces the default G1000, why would you want to 'stay' with the default G1000 to use the GTN750?
