Yes, I think all these AI traffic programs rely on MSFS traffic working properly, which it does not since SU5 broke it, so until Asobo fix it these programs will not fully work unless they can bypass the Asobo traffic for their own. If I use AIG or simple traffic I only get a few ac taxing and taking off in AI offline, or only a few landing ac if I use online traffic. I still don't understand why it only affects some and not all, as I have seen YT videos where they are using these programs and you see landing and taxing traffic at the same time. Hope there is going to be a fix in the next update.

SU5 did not break the offline AI. It still behaves the same as it did before. It was broken before SU5

I’m interested to know how you do this? I uninstalled Aerosoft Simple Traffic and replaced it with AIG and I use the GA fix mod to allow GA aircraft in the sim. How do you use AIG with Simple Traffic though? What settings in the sim?

I believe they are hoping for a May release. I really hope so because I can't put up with this AIG torture much longer.

Good that it can be used with VATSIM, ability to add models/liveries, add routes and hopefully more models will be added as standard

I see it's still planned for the first quarter of 2022. "FS Traffic is due for release during the first quarter of 2022 and more details of specific features and included aircraft will be made available over the coming weeks."

The models and textures look extremely good for AI models. I wasn't too excited for this due to precedents for other sims not being really top notch, but this looks *good*

If the level is what's shown in the screenshots across the board, all that's left is good sound and good coverage in terms of models and liveries (and of course, good updates) and this would be a very strong contender.

 

I think its great that we are getting more options now. AIG, ST and now this? JF is already under competition with airport textures as well. If I didn't own a few other ones I probably would have waited for theirs instead because they look really good. These traffic liveries look great as well. Hopefully the performance hit is negligible compared to some of the others.

The JF Traffic for P3D came out 1,5 years after the intended release.

I am curious how it will turn out this time.

just need scenery devs to start and use 3rd party ai when building there airports and not assume everyone uses vatsim, loads of new scenery i have bought doesnt work well with ai,
