January 19, 20224 yr @sd_flyer I thought he was referring to the new Honda Jet as being smaller than a tbm, no? Now I'm curious enough to check out the specs myself 🙂 *EDIT - checked it out and the jet is indeed larger than the tbm, although not by very much. It's also considerably heavier. I don’t know why I was thinking if Kodiak lol In any case I got to explore inside Honda jet fee time. We used to have an event Jet Preview where different companies put their fleet on the ramp and let explore. So to me Honda was very small comparing to other corporate jets I have experienced. I think only Cirrus was smaller Life time flight sim enthusiast, current airplane owner 172P (past C182F). It all depends on whether Bombardier decides that it's worth the time and money to go after the developer. Since the Aerosoft CRJ and Majestic Q400 managed to come out without getting sued (although Bombardier no longer owns the rights to either design), I assume Bombardier has decided that they don't really care about flight simulator addons, but the risk is always there unless the developer has some kind of license or agreement from Bombardier. Because Textron has signed license agreements with Asobo/Microsoft, I'd assume they're more likely to go after developers (which probably explains why Carenado never uses the word "Cessna" in their 182, 337, or 170 packages), but it seems like they're not terribly aggressive unless the Cessna trademark gets used without permission.

As a tester, I can say it's very, very close. It's just a few remaining things to cross off, some debugging and a little spit & polish. Various liveries are now in the process of being created to be packaged with the release version. Developer just recently implemented a clickable checklist, which is welcome by many for immersion and accuracy. Edited January 19, 20224 yr by CLE_AA-5B_GrummanTiger grammar

Your forum name is kinda cool/ in the 1970s i put maybe 50 hours on a tiger. Real fun machine. Did some time in the Cheetah but the extra power of the tiger really turned my crank. Dave

February 1, 20224 yr HondaJet take-off from Bern, Switzerland. Those wing mounted engines are so cool - less noise and vibration in the cabin. Latest video at The Flight Level Flight Over Frozen Lake Erie - Between Ice and Clouds - Ultimate Solitude - The Perfect Memory
